Choose a card design and handwriting
Choose from dozens of handwriting samples and thank you card designs to match your style. You can also upload your own design or photo to make the cards even more personalized. One commonly preferred selection is a couple picture from the wedding for the card
Enter a few details about the event and recipients
Provide a sample note for the AI to match your writing style, and some other basic information to create customized cards, including event type, addresses, gifts, etc. You can either upload a CSV with all the information or enter it manually
Our AI will write thoughtful notes to all of your guests
Our specialized AI writes customized notes for each of your guests in minutes. You'll have the chance to review and edit each card the AI writes, as much as you would like. Alternatively, you can skip using the AI and type the notes yourself
Robots will use pens and ink to write and address your cards
Robots use ink pens to write each card in your selected handwriting and selected design. Each card will be contained in an addressed envelope also written in the selected handwriting style with first-class postage. Cards are then mailed directly to your guests through the postal system

Will recipients know that I didn't personally handwrite the cards?
Our robot handwriting options are designed to closely resemble human penmanship — both inside the card and on the envelope. Your return address appears just like a handwritten one. There is a Phoenix, AZ postmark — but most people don't ever notice this. Further there's no ThankCraft branding included on the cards or evelope. Still not sure? Order a sample card. Then you choose a handwriting font from over 30 handwriting styles and select a card design or upload a custom design of your choosing. You provide a single sample thank you note, and then, with the help of our AI, you can then generate personalized thank you notes to match your style. You can then easily review and make edits to the notes as you desire. If you prefer to write the notes yourself, you also have the option to skip the AI and create your own messages. Once everything looks perfect, we'll handle the rest—printing, addressing, and mailing your thank you notes with postage included.

Before ordering cards for all of your guests, we recommend ordering one or two cards sent to yourself. If you're not 100% satisfied with the cards you send yourself, we will refund your first order of two cards or less. Please see our refund policy in our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Using the AI functionality is optional. You are free to fully type the note or type parts of the note to whatever extent you desire. You can also edit what the AI generates.
You should review all message content to ensure it aligns with what you desire. AI is a tool, but ultimately still requires human oversight.
You can either re-generate the note by hitting the button again (may produce a different result) OR you can manually edit the note yourself.
